 ENVIRONMENTAL EDUCATION - The “Learning Tree” Tours, allows participants to have a practical appreciation of the very serious environmental problems facing Jamaica, as well as, new and untapped development opportunities, which our natural resources have to offer.

 SUSTAINABLE DEVELOPMENT - Crime and violence, unemployment, environmental degradation and gender challenges are topics addressed through field studies and presentations. The tours & lectures centre on medium to long term planning solutions, as well as, practical short-term actions that students can take to make a positive change.
