3-EASY STEPS

1. Choosing tours that suit you

Have a look at our web site for the tour options that best suit your interests, physical attributes (fitness) and budget. Remember to quote the Tour Ref. #.

2. Read the Booking Policy - Review and drop us a line or call once you have decided on the tour and be sure to remember to give the following:

- Contact details

- Number of persons

- Date/Time Available for the tour and pick up details

- Age and any special interest or disability/needs

NB. Persons with any disability should get their doctor's advice before booking

3. Confirmation of booking - by payment of deposit (see Booking Policy below)

Booking Policy

Bookings should be made preferably 30 days in advance.

Review Tour Packages & Cost and make booking by email/telephone (be sure to quote the Tour Ref. #)

A detail draft itinerary for each tour is available and will be sent on request. This will be sent within 48 hours 

Client's approval (in writing preferably - e.g. email) of the final itinerary constitutes a formal booking

CONFIRMATION:

Bookings are confirmed only by a 50% deposit 3 weeks in advance of tour date or arrival (accommodation)

Final payment must be made one week before tour date.

PAYMENT:
Payment can be by cash (US$ or JA$) and credit cards (Visa or Mastercard only).

CANCELLATION AMENDMENTS & REFUNDS:

If you are not able to participate in a tour on the date and time you have booked you should contact Sun Venture Tours (Tel. 876-960-6685 or 876-469-4444 or email: ) as far prior to the date and time as possible.

  A Service Charge  will be applied which is 50% of the deposit for any group/individual cancellations or reductions made after the confirmation deadline and up to one week before tour date.

Cancellations/reductions less than one week before the tour date will attract a Service Charge equivalent to 50% of the total (tour) cost or a non refund of the deposit.

There will be no refund for "Now Shows" - i.e. clients who cancel within 24 hours of the date and time of the trip or fail to turn up on the day of the tour
